OK shall take one anavar tablet in the morning with one dianabol

Take the half anaver tablet mid afternoon say 3pm
Then the last dianabol tablet before my workout

So I train at 8pm every day for 1 hour roughly
So if I take the anavar 1/10mg morning and half tablet during the day is that OK are you happy with the dosage its hard with the half because the tablets are tiny but I want to do it proply and follow your expertise

Do I take both dianobol tablets before training please?

Would you recamend crushing the tablets and what’s better to wash the tablets down with please water or milk same with the anavar please.
