Already on TrT and wanting to do a Cycle

Good afternoon, I am already taking TrT (Sustanon) along with HCG, I am interested in going onto my first cycle.

Can you recommend a beginners one? Would I need to switch to using Test-E / Cyp for the cycle then just cruise back onto my normal Trt along with HCG as my PCT?

Also do you see much change after the first cycle?

For a beginner cycle, switch to Test-E or Test-Cyp (300-500 mg/week) for 10-12 weeks. Keep using HCG (250-500 IU/week). After the cycle, use Clomid or Nolvadex for PCT to restore natural test levels.

Expect noticeable gains in muscle and strength after your first cycle.

So to confirm,
Keep taking my HCG
Flip to Test Cyp
Then once cycle done, then take Nolvadex – how long does PCT generally last for?

Then once cycle over, then I can go back onto my TRT then see if I want to repeat to do another cycle etc…

Yes, Nolvadex is an estrogen blocker (SERM).

Your plan would be:

Keep taking HCG during cycle.
Switch to Test Cyp.
After cycle, start Nolvadex for PCT, lasting 4-6 weeks.
Once PCT is done, return to TRT and repeat cycles if desired.
